Refund and Exchange Policy
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of payment if it has not been processed or shipped yet.
Once the product is being prepared or has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds are only applicable on eyeglass frames.
- Timeframe: Within 7 days of receiving the product.
- No refunds will be issued after 7 days under any circumstances.
- If the order includes custom or prescription lenses, only the frame cost will be refunded. Lens charges are non-refundable.
- Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
Note: Refunds are not available on customized, personalized or prescription lens products.
3. What can I exchange for?
You can exchange your purchase for another Lenstick product or service of equal or lesser value.
If upgrading to a higher priced item, you will need to pay the difference including any applicable processing fees.
If downgrading, a partial refund may be issued based on the refund conditions above.
4.Non-Eligible Scenarios Refunds or exchanges will not be approved in the following cases:
- You changed your mind or selected the wrong item (e.g. eyewear, sunglasses, etc.).
- The product has already been used, accessed or installed.
- The issue is caused by external platforms or third-party services, not by Lenstick.
- The product includes custom or prescription lenses.
How to request a refund or exchange
To request a refund or exchange:

- Include your order number, purchase date, request type (refund or exchange) and a brief reason.
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method (after deductions).
- Approved exchanges will be fulfilled promptly.
6.) Fees and Processing Bank
charges or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
Exchange requests made after 7 days may incur additional processing fees.
7.) Policy Updates & Dispute Resolution
Lenstick may update this policy at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting.
In the event of any dispute, Lenstick’s decision will be final and binding.
